Terry Bogard is as seen in his younger, more traditional form from the King of Fighters and Fatal Fury series. 

Terrain: The Freight Express - As seen in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, a moving freight train travelling throughout the countryside. Access to the rest of the Fatal Fury world is banned. 

ARE YOU OKAY? (Pre-Battle) - Once every three weeks, Terry may ask a preselected enemy merc if they're feeling okay. He's just concerned for their well-being, you know.

...BUSTER WOLF! (Trigger/Start of Battle) - If the merc chosen for ARE YOU OKAY? uses an ability this week, Terry can respond by hitting them with a Buster Wolf. They'll start the battle with damage taken from this attack. 

Banana Hammock 2.0 (Limited Use 1 - Start of Battle) - Times may change, but some things, such as unashamed sex appeal in Fatal Fury, refuse to go along with it. Terry may choose one preselected ally or opponent, including himself, who will then fight in a skimpy bathing suit in place of whatever clothes or armour they would normally be wearing.

UPGRADES:

(Ability Upgrade; 20 EXP)

The merc chosen for Buster Wolf has an additional 50% chance to be hit by another Buster Wolf attack. If successful, they then have a 40% chance to be hit by yet another Buster Wolf attack - this continues, going down by 10% each time, until it is unsuccessful. 

(Character Upgrade; 15 EXP)

Terry's owner may choose in Peacetime to have him fight in his Garou: Mark of the Wolves form instead.

Terry Bogard is in his older form as seen in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, though he does carry the supers and techniques which have been with him since the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series.

God Killer (Pre-Battle) - Once every five weeks, Terry may justify his God Killer nickname by KOing a random opponent who has a 5 GP or higher upkeep.
