A window to another world (Start of Battle) - Once every three weeks, Elizabeth may manipulate a tear in the fabric of space-time to retrieve an allied mercenary for her team. A mercenary will be randomly chosen from all mercenaries rostered last week that are in your current tier. (For instance, if it is a mid-tier week, the roll will be made from among all mid-tier mercs who were rostered last week.) The ally will appear exactly as they did for last week's battle writeup (or what would be the writeup, if last week's match was a forfeit) including any abilities used, though any customization choices will be randomized. However, they will not take any actions that involve targeting another mercenary (e.g., Ryu would join as Evil Ryu if Satsui no Hadou had triggered on Ryu last week, and he would start near the enemy team, but he would not Shun Goku Satsu anyone). Elizabeth's linked merc can summon the ally for 30 seconds at any point in the fight. Further, the next time the merc faces Elizabeth's team they will start the match with a headache and a nosebleed.
UPGRADES:

Mercenaries affected by positive effects will be included twice in the roll. Additionally, Elizabeth's leader gets a single reroll.
(Branching Ability Upgrade; 15 EXP)
For an extra week of recharge, Elizabeth's leader may choose to roll among all mercenaries in the current tier or higher (so if it is a mid-tier week, the roll will be made from all mid-tier and high-tier mercenaries rostered last week). Elizabeth's leader must pay the standard bring-down fee for any merc above the current tier. If Elizabeth's leader is unwilling or unable to pay, the ability is nulled and goes on a one week recharge. Elizabeth may not choose another branching ability upgrade.
(Branching Ability Upgrade; 15 EXP)
After the ally has been chosen, Elizabeth's leader may choose to summon the ally for the whole fight instead of just 30 seconds. However, the strain this puts on Elizabeth's mind will cause her to be injured for the next two weeks, and her abilities will not recharge during this time. Elizabeth may not choose another branching ability upgrade.

Battle Support (Pre-Battle) - Once every three weeks, Elizabeth may join her attached mercenary in the fight as an assist.
Elizabeth is as she appears in the midgame of BioShock Infinite, supporting ____ by periodically providing them with health packs and other mana/ammunition pickups at a similar rate to what is seen in Bioshock Infinite, but she will otherwise stay out of the fight and cannot take offensive actions of any sort. She cannot revive ____ and can only open tears to generate terrain as cover in the form of piles of rubble or brick walls and the like.
