The President is as seen throughout Saints Row IV in the simulated version of Steelport, with access to all of her weapons except for Inflato-Ray, The Disintegrator, and the Singularity Gun, and powers except for Death From Above - Nuke, Telekenesis - Shrink, Telekenesis - Life Steal, and Blast - Mind Control.

Terrain: The Simulation - The simulated version of Steelport seen in Saints Row IV, it is fully populated by the citizenry, though there are no Zin or gangs. The Zin Tower is there, however the same in-game barrier prevents you from accessing the mothership.

Diversity in Politics (On Purchase) - When you purchase The President, you can choose to have the Commander-in-Chief be male or female.

Expand Your Turf (Peacetime) - Once every three weeks, The President may decide to expand the Saints into a new territory. A Planet Saints will be opened up on a random terrain of a pre-selected enemy leader. The store will be wildly popular, and on any week The President is rostered, you can bid to use that terrain as if it were your own, with a 3 gp discount (stacked with defender discount). Additionally, if fighting on a terrain with a Planet Saints in it, a car full of Saints grunts will show up to assist him/her that week. Once The President has fought on one of these terrains, however, a rival gang will destroy the Planet Saints to try and prevent the Saints expansion.

Planet Saints isn't destroyed until after it's fought on by The President twice.

The President gains access to the Singularity Gun and Telekenesis - Life Steal.

(New Start of Battle; 35 EXP)

Hail to the Chief (Start of Battle) - Once every six weeks, The President may use his/her Blast - Mind Control on a pre-selected mercenary. That mercenary will become wildly patriotic, and will do anything to defend their Commander-in-Chief. While they won't attack their own team, they will do their best to protect The President from incoming attacks, even to the point of death.
