Zeratul is as he appears in the Starcraft series, and Heroes of the Storm, with all of his skills other than Void Prison.

Terrain: Shakuras, the Dark World - A volcanic hell with a breathable (if thin) atmosphere and swelteringly hot temperatures, though it is perpetually in darkness.

Dark Templar (Passive) - Zeratul can remain cloaked for extended periods, rendering himself immune to targeted enemy abilities, though this immunity does not apply to low tier matches. During combat, he will be permanently invisible, detectable only by the shimmer of light refracting against his cloak.
Void Prison (Start of Battle) - Once every 4 weeks, Zeratul can place a Void Prison on an allied or enemy merc of his choosing, preventing them from using or being hit by any SoB ability, as well as keeping them in stasis for the first 15 seconds of combat, immune to damage and unable to act.
UPGRADES:
(Ability Upgrade; 25 EXP)
Zeratul is now permanently invisible, detectable only by the shimmer of light refracting against his cloak.
(Ability Upgrade; 20 EXP)
Can choose to leave out the stasis when using Void Prison on an ally.

ADMIN RULINGS
Zeratul's Dark Templar Passive protects him from all abilities aside from those in low tier matches. This includes Peacetimes and Results in all cases, including those occurring on Low Tier weeks when he's been brought down. (1/15/2016, Week 15)
Void Prison will stop all Start of Battles from being used or hitting the target, regardless of whether it was declared, putting all such abilities on no recharge (1/26/2016, Week 17)
Abilities that hit a random merc can still hit Zeratul if he's chosen by the random selection and they will work. (3/13/2016, Week 22)
