Marcus Fenix is as seen in Gears of War 3. He comes into battle with his Lancer, Torque Bow, Gnasher Shotgun, Snub Pistol, and Incendiary and Frag Grenades. These weapons function as they do in game, but may not necessarily OHKO all opponents.

Terrain: Gridlock - An abandoned city street, peppered with broken cars. All weapon spawns have been removed from the map.

 

 Hammer of Dawn (Pre-Battle) - Once every 4 Weeks, Marcus will bring the Hammer of Dawn to Battle. Despite the terrain being where it is, the satellite will be orbiting, waiting for the signal, and will be able to receive the signal even if its view is obstructed by the terrain.  Further, upon declaring this ability, for an additional two weeks of recharge, Marcus may fire the Hammer of Dawn upon a pre-selected enemy terrain, destroying it for the week,  In addition, Marcus may, at his discretion, choose to start in a position with line of sight to the enemy team behind the nearest convenient cover (or behind a 1ft thick brick wall large enough to crouch behind if no such cover exists), with the choice being made during rosters.  

UPGRADES:

(Ability Upgrade; 10 EXP) 

Reduce Hammer of Dawn's cooldown by 1 week.

(Character Upgrade; 15 EXP)

Marcus gains access to Mulcher Gatling Gun, the Boomshot Grenade Launcher, and Incendiary Grenades. He also gains access to the Hammer of Dawn in his character write-up.  Despite the terrain being where it is, the satellite will be orbiting, waiting for the signal, though it will only be able to receive the signal if terrain features permit visibility. (unless the ability is used)

(New Start of Battle and Trigger; 15 EXP)

Take Cover! (Start of Battle) - Once every other week, Marcus and his team may start behind cover in the chosen terrain. Marcus and his team will start behind a 1ft thick brick wall large enough to crouch behind.

Get Down! (Trigger) - If Take Cover! was used this week, and the opponent used any damaging start of battles this week, during rosters, the wall will intercept one such damaging start of battle, chosen at random, with the damaging start of battle going on its normal recharge. The original target of the damaging start of battle will start the match prone just behind the wall, and the wall will be hit with the damaging Start of Battle instead. What effect this has on the mercenary behind the wall is up to interpretation, but their teammates will not take any collateral damage from the attack. If Get Down! Triggers, add 2 weeks of cooldown to Take Cover!
